How do I return?

- Contact us by email:

- We will send you instructions through email.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

- You will get an email with shipping instructions when your request is accepted.

-Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


What items are returnable?

- Within 30 days from the date of delivery.

- In new condition, unopened and resellable condition.


What are the non-refundable items? 

- Washed, worn, used, tag-removed, or misused items.

How will customers get the return label?


Noted: When the customer purchases the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item- this time customer’s responsibility to get the return label.


 The package that I received arrived defective!

 If the purchased product is torn, faulty, and have defective, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivery date for an exchange. The customer does not have to pay any return shipping fee


Can the items be exchanged or replaced? 

Within 3 days of your order, you can request a replacement or exchange. To arrange an exchange, contact us at After 3 days or after shipment, if you want to exchange the product, you'll have to pay for return shipping and there is no restocking fee. If you want to exchange something after you've received it, you must keep all of the items and their packaging until your exchange request is approved. If your replacement product is temporarily out of stock, we will let you know as soon as it arrives, or we may suggest an alternative.


Return Shipping Fees And Restocking Fees:

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs if the reason for the return is a customer issue (such as not liking or wanting the item, or ordering the wrong product).
  • If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products sent in your order, or quality problems of products), then you do not have to pay any return shipping fee.
  • There is no restocking fee.

When will I receive my refund?

You will be contacted via email once your returned item has been received and reviewed. You will also be notified if your refund request has been approved or denied. If the refund request is granted, it will be responded to within 4 - 6 business days.  


Late or Missing Refund:

Check your bank account again, and then get in touch with the credit card company that issued your card, if you haven't received your refund yet. It's possible that your refund won't be processed right away. Speak with your bank next since occasionally refunds need processing time before they can be posted. Please get in touch with our customer service team if you've done everything and still haven't gotten your refund.
