Time for handling or processing, transit, and order cut-off in the United States:

Handling or processing time is 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday)

Transit time is 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday)

Order cut-off time will be 5 p.m. (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time

How do you ship it?

We mainly use DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx,  to ship your orders. 


Shipping Status:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after receiving your order confirmation email that includes your tracking number. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! You get your products at the right time. Order changes :

Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified. If you wish to return a product, you’ve outlined the returns procedure once you’ve received the item. As soon as possible contact us at

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

We will start working immediately after your order. Unfortunately, We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 72 hours of placing your order at or call us at +1 307-218-3226


How can I track my order?

To track an order, you can track the order by visiting the Track Order page and entering the tracking number.


Multiple Addresses:

We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. If you need help regarding this, you can find it here: 


Reshipping/Cancelation Fee:

If an order needs to be reshipped due to any fault other than our own (wrong address provided, refused at delivery, not picked up from Post Office on time, etc.) a $20 Postal fee invoice will be emailed to the original email provided at the time of purchase. This will need to be paid before we can reship the order. If the order is canceled due to this there will be a $10 shipping fee, deducted from the total refund amount and there will be no restocking fee.



However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed for more than 11 business days.
