Regarding the Products

1. All figures are assembled by molds and hand-painted. Inevitably, minor flaws such as seams, uneven coloring, air bubbles, and scratches may exist. Absolute perfection is impossible. The domestic version of the figures offers high cost performance. Customers with extremely high requirements for details are advised to purchase cautiously.
2. All products sold in our store are brand-new. Please feel free to buy with confidence.
3. If the product is deformed due to extrusion, cannot stand stably, or has tight joints that are difficult to assemble, you can use a hair dryer to heat it or soak it in hot water for 3 - 5 minutes. After the PVC material softens, adjust it slightly to resolve the issue. These problems may occur with PVC products due to weather changes, and heating and adjusting will effectively fix them.
4. In case of paint adhesion, you can dip a cotton swab in Fengyoujing (a traditional Chinese essential oil for relieving discomfort) and wipe the area gently. This method can basically solve the problem.
5. If the model has glue failure or loose joints, apply a small amount of 502 glue to the connection part to reattach it.
