Online purchases are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 15 days from the delivery date.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns Policy

We have a 15 days return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are two refund options for returned items.

STORE CREDIT REFUND

One-hundred percent of the value of all returned products are issued in the form of a store credit to your 90shopping customer account. There's no rush using your credit as it has no expiration and can be used towards any future 90shopping purchases.

If you do not have an account, one will be created for you.

REFUND TO THE ORIGINAL FORM OF PAYMENT

This refund is issued to your card or other payment method that was used to purchase the item(s).

How to Return a Product

  •  To start a return, you can contact us at, Email: support@90shopping.store with your order number to receive a return label with a valid reason.
  •  Carefully pack your items in the original packaging. Please ensure all items are unworn with tags attached.
  •  Mail your return using the return label provided.
  • Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 30 North Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan Wyoming 82801, United States
  • Ship your items with the prepaid shipping label that we'll email to you.
  •  Returns are processed in 8-10 business days and refunds can be expected 10 business days after processing.

Return shipment Charges

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. return shipment is customer responsibility, For eligible return items, a $9.99 return shipment fee will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

 Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

  • Yes we accept exchange, you need to return the item back to us and have to place new order with different size or color as you want.
  • Exchanged items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached. Currently we allow size, color exchanges online.

  • For eligible US exchanges, there is no exchange fee applied.

  • Select products, such as products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds Policy

 We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Can I return an item after the 15-day return period?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns outside of the 15 days return period.

How do I get my shipping label for my return/exchange?

  • Once you complete processing your return/exchange you will have a return shipping label and return receipt that you will need to print out.

What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take pictures and contact us within 3 working days of receiving your order.
  • We'll evaluate the issue and work towards resolving it promptly.

How long does it take to process a refund?

  • Once we receive and approve your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days.
  • However, please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Can I return an item without the original packaging? 

  • In order to be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • If the original packaging is not available, please contact us to discuss alternative options.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

  • Return shipping costs of $9.99 are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

What if I received the wrong item?

  • If you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately along with pictures of item. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Can I return an item if I've used it?

  • We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged by the customer.
  • The item must be in its original condition for a return to be processed.

Do you offer refunds for items purchased with store credit or gift cards?

  • Refunds for items purchased with store credit or gift cards will be issued back to the original form of payment or provided as store credit, depending on your preference.

Are there any restocking fees for returns?

  • We do not charge restocking fees for returns. However, if the returned item is not in its original condition or is missing parts, we may deduct a restocking fee from your refund.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

  • You can cancel the order before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been process, it cannot be canceled, but you may still initiate a return according to our return policy.

Can I exchange for a new/different style?

  • For a new or different style than purchased, you will need to return the item and place a new order. If an item you selected is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund.

What if the size I want is Out of Stock?

  • If the size you want is out of stock, you can return the item for a full refund and sign up to be notified if applicable.

What is the exchange process?

  • During an exchange, you will proceed through the checkout process as usual, receiving a new order for the exchanged products. There will be no additional fees charged; you will only be billed the amount of your exchanged item.

  • To receive the refund from your original item, you will need to print the return shipping label and return the item(s) you would like to exchange.

Do you offer returns for clearance or final sale items?

  • Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing clearance or final sale items.

What if I no longer have the original receipt or proof of purchase?

  • If you no longer have the original receipt or proof of purchase, please provide us with as much information as possible about your order, such as the order number, date of purchase, and name associated with the order. We'll do our best to locate your order in our system and process the return accordingly.

Can I return an item purchased from a third-party retailer?

  • Items purchased from a third-party retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase according to their return policy. We cannot accept returns for items purchased from third-party retailers.
